Plain-language commitment

We have written this page to be read, not hidden behind legal jargon. If a mandatory law gives you stronger rights than this page, that law takes priority.

1. Contact Anivo

Email support@anivoapp.com. Send the message from the email connected to your Anivo account when possible.

Support is provided in English. We will confirm receipt and respond as soon as reasonably possible. Unless your paid order states otherwise, no guaranteed response-time service level applies.

2. Product and Windows app help

For a product problem, include:

  • a short description of what you were trying to do;
  • what you expected and what happened instead;
  • the Anivo version and Windows version;
  • the approximate date and time of the problem; and
  • a screenshot with personal information and credentials removed, if useful.

3. Billing, cancellation and refunds

For a billing question, include the account email, charge date, amount and invoice or Stripe payment reference. Do not send your full card number, card security code or banking password.

You may also use support@anivoapp.com if you cannot reach the account cancellation controls.

4. Privacy requests

Use the subject “Privacy request” for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or another data-protection request. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm identity and protect the account.

5. Abuse and security reports

Use the subject “Abuse report” for unwanted or harmful outreach connected to Anivo. Include the sender, date, channel and enough evidence to investigate.

Use the subject “Security report” for a suspected vulnerability or account compromise. Do not publicly disclose a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and reduce the risk.

6. Complaints

If you are unhappy with a support or billing decision, reply and ask for a review. Explain what outcome you believe is fair and include any relevant non-sensitive evidence.

This internal process does not remove any right to contact a regulator, payment provider, court or other dispute body available under applicable law.
