We have written this page to be read, not hidden behind legal jargon. If a mandatory law gives you stronger rights than this page, that law takes priority.
1. Your agreement with Anivo
By creating an account, buying a plan or using Anivo, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and any order details shown at checkout. If you use Anivo for an organisation, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that organisation.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. Mandatory consumer rights in your country continue to apply and are not reduced by these terms.
2. Who may use Anivo
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Anivo is designed for business research, prospecting, CRM and outreach work.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from an Anivo security failure.
3. Account and device security
Keep your password, Windows account, connected mailboxes and recovery methods secure. Do not share an account in a way that bypasses plan limits or exposes another person’s information.
Tell us promptly at support@anivoapp.com if you believe your account or connected service has been accessed without permission.
4. What Anivo provides
Anivo provides tools for market research, business discovery, lead review, CRM, campaigns, email assistance, inbox workflows, follow-up and related analytics. Features may depend on your plan, credits, location, connected providers and product version.
We may improve, replace or retire features. Where a material change affects a paid service, we will give reasonable notice when practical.
5. Research data and AI-assisted output
Business information can change, be incomplete or come from third-party and public sources. Scores, opportunity signals, summaries and generated messages are assistance, not verified facts or professional advice.
You must review important information and every message before acting on it. Anivo does not guarantee that a lead is suitable, that contact details are current or that outreach will receive a reply, sale or other result.
6. Welcome access, plans and credits
A new eligible account receives 1,000 welcome credits and seven days of full access without providing a payment card. The welcome gift is given once per device. Full access opens every feature; actions that use credits are still paid with credits. Welcome access does not automatically convert into a paid plan. You choose whether to purchase.
Paid subscriptions and additional credits are governed by the plan, quantity, price, renewal and tax information shown at checkout, together with the Subscriptions and Credits Policy.
7. Payments
Paid purchases are processed in US dollars through Stripe. Applicable taxes and the total amount are shown at checkout. You authorise Stripe and Anivo to charge the selected payment method for the purchase and any disclosed renewals.
You are responsible for keeping billing information current. We may restrict paid features when a charge fails, is reversed or remains unpaid.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain paid access until then.
Payments are not normally refunded solely because you stopped using the product. We refund duplicate or incorrect charges and honour any mandatory rights that apply. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the process.
9. Your content and connected services
You retain ownership of information, prompts, notes, lists, messages and other content you provide. You give Anivo a limited permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and authority to provide the content and connect each third-party account. Third-party services have their own terms and may change or stop their service independently of Anivo.
10. Responsible use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and all laws that apply to your research, data use and outreach. You are responsible for consent where required, truthful identification, opt-outs, suppression lists and the content and timing of messages you send.
Do not use Anivo for harassment, deception, unlawful discrimination, credential theft, unauthorised access, prohibited sensitive-data targeting or indiscriminate spam.
11. Anivo ownership
Anivo Technologies Ltd and its licensors own the product, website, branding, software, interface and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Anivo while your account is active and these terms are followed.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, bypass technical controls or use the product to create a competing service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
12. Availability and warranties
We aim to provide a useful and reliable product, but no online or desktop software is uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, provider failures, security work and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
To the extent permitted by law, Anivo is provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights relating to digital services or content.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
For business users, Anivo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or decisions made from unverified lead or AI output. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid Anivo during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where the law requires otherwise.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Anivo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risk, illegal conduct, serious or repeated policy breaches, harm to others or a legal requirement.
Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to correct the issue. Terms that logically continue after termination, including payment, ownership, liability and dispute provisions, remain effective.
15. Governing law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction for business disputes. If you are a consumer, you may also have the protection of mandatory law and the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
We may update these terms for product, legal or security reasons. Material changes will receive reasonable notice and will not apply retroactively where prohibited.
