We have written this page to be read, not hidden behind legal jargon. If a mandatory law gives you stronger rights than this page, that law takes priority.
1. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the markets you research, the information you keep, the people or businesses you contact and every message sent through or prepared with Anivo.
Use Anivo only where you have a lawful and fair purpose. A lead, score, public source or generated draft does not by itself create permission to contact someone.
2. Outreach rules
When using email, messaging or another outreach channel, you must:
- identify yourself and the organisation you represent truthfully;
- use consent or another lawful basis where required;
- follow the rules that apply to the recipient type, channel and country;
- provide a valid and simple way to object or unsubscribe;
- honour objections and maintain appropriate suppression records;
- avoid excessive frequency, misleading subjects and deceptive claims; and
- review every AI-assisted message before sending it.
3. Prohibited outreach
Do not use Anivo to:
- send indiscriminate, bulk or repetitive spam;
- harass, threaten, shame or intimidate a recipient;
- hide your identity, impersonate another person or misrepresent a relationship;
- continue contacting a person or business after a valid objection;
- send unlawful automated calls, texts, direct messages or email;
- promote illegal, fraudulent or deliberately deceptive products or services; or
- target people using sensitive personal characteristics or exploit vulnerability.
4. Data and research
Do not collect, import, infer, enrich, export or share personal information in a way that violates law, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, website terms or a person’s reasonable expectations.
Do not use Anivo to process passwords, authentication codes, payment-card numbers, medical records, government identifiers, children’s data or other sensitive information unless Anivo has expressly approved a feature designed and secured for that purpose.
5. Technical abuse
You must not:
- attempt unauthorised access to Anivo, another account, a provider or a third-party system;
- introduce malware, destructive code or intentionally unsafe content;
- circumvent credits, rate limits, access controls, provider limits or security checks;
- use automated methods that overload, damage or interfere with the service;
- probe or scan systems without written permission; or
- use credentials, mailboxes or data that you are not authorised to use.
6. AI-assisted content
AI-assisted research and writing can be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate. Review the underlying facts, tone, recipient and legal basis before using an output.
Do not present generated content as a verified fact, professional conclusion or personal statement from another person when it is not.
7. Connected providers
Follow the terms, rate limits and acceptable-use rules of connected email, data and account providers. Do not use Anivo to bypass a provider’s security or platform restrictions.
8. How we enforce this policy
We may investigate suspected abuse and temporarily limit, suspend or terminate affected features or accounts. We consider severity, repetition, risk, cooperation and whether the problem can be corrected.
We may preserve or disclose relevant information where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users, recipients, providers or the public.
9. Report a concern
Report suspected abuse, unwanted Anivo-related outreach or a security concern to support@anivoapp.com. Include the relevant sender, date and non-sensitive evidence. Do not forward passwords, authentication codes or full payment-card details.
